World Series of Poker (WSOP) and ESPN are taking their contract all the way to the year 2017. The news of the two extending their contract has been the buzz of recent times. The joint venture began in 2003 since when WSOP has been airing on ESPN. Their present contract is to expire next year. The new one is stated to begin from 2011 and requires ESPN to pay a rights fee.
